After you receive your VICE VERSAs you have 14 days to return the product for a refund to your original payment method or 30 days to return the product for a exchange. For a return to be accepted the product will be inspected and must be in original, unworn condition. Any items purchase on sale (15% discount or more) can only be returned for store credit or exchange, with no refunds.
All new heel purchases come with a 6-month limited warranty. If anything breaks during that period we will fix it or replace it.
